Our Lady of Fatima School relies on the participation of parents to help keep down the operational costs of running the school. Service is a vital aspect of the spirit and community of Our Lady of Fatima School. Parents model the Christian value of service through their participation in school programs and activities, as well as provide a valuable resource that allows the school to maintain a low tuition.

Each participation family is required to serve a minimum of 30 hours per school year. More information on the Parent Participation Policy can be found in the Parent Handbook

How do I log my Parent Participation Hours?

• Download the Parent Participation Form
• Fill in all the required fields (to view the required fields, click on the checkbox Highlight fields on the top right)
• Get approval. 
• Sign and date the form.
• Drop it off at the Fatima School Office in the Drop Off Box

How do I review my Year-To-Date accumulated hours?

• Click on Login on the top right corner
• Log in using your registered email address and password.  If you forgotten your password, please enter your registered email address and click Yes, email me my password button
• Click on My PPH Report on the left menu.  The report will be displayed.
• Note: If by the month of Feb you do not have accumulated 15 hrs required, a red color message will be displayed on total line.

How do I change my password or edit my profile?

• Click on Login on the top right corner
• Log in using your registered email address and password.  If you forgotten your password, please enter your registered email address and click Yes, email me my password button
• Click on Edit My Profile on the left menu.  You can change your password, or modify your profile, etc. 
• Click Update button to save it.  You will receive an email via your registered email address, confirming your profile changes
