Thank you to all the candidates who submitted their nomination for the PEC Elections. It was successful and a good turn out!

The PEC Elections committee is pleased to announce the successful candidates:

Tami Commuzi

Rosette D’Souza

Rita Marchioro

Tami Comuzzi – Our Lady of Fatima Parish has been Tami’s second home, along with her husband and 5 children, for 19 years where she gives the best of her time to the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Choir as Director. She also helps with Parish Summer Bible Camp, and other fundraisers when she is not singing at weddings and funerals.   Prior to Tami’s 2-year term at Parish Education Committee, she was running the Parent Support Group, and served as hot lunch coordinator, and choreographed the school’s Christmas concerts for the last 12 years.  Tami is committed to bridging the Parish and school community in a positive way for the love of Jesus.

Rosette D’Souza  – Dedicated to serving Our Lady of Fatima Parish by being the Coordinator of Lectors for Parish weekend Masses, and as a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, while my husband is a member of Parish Building Committee and my two children are altar servers. My professional background in marketing and banking also brings varied expertise to our Parish Education Committee which I have served for 6 years.  I would like to serve for the last term to continue bridging our Church and school as one community to serve God’s purpose for our Parish.

Rita Marchioro – Her family are long-time parishioners at Our Lady of Fatima since 1980.  Rita has been part of Parish Council, Catholic Women’s League, and other groups.  Rita and her husband attend Mass every day, as an expression of her love for Jesus and His Church. For the last 2 years, she has served as Chair of the Parish Education Committee, which is an honour to carry God’s Will.  She feels it is a privilege to be able to give back to our community.
