Welcome Back!

Welcome back to a brand-new school year! We hope your summer was filled with rest, renewal, and meaningful time with loved ones. As we step into another year of learning, growth, and spiritual formation, we are excited to continue our journey together as a Catholic school community.

Our faith theme for this year—Living, Celebrating, and PROCLAIMING Our Faith—reminds us not only of who we are, but who we are called to be. While we continue to live our faith through acts of kindness, and celebrate it in prayer, liturgy, and sacrament, this year we place special emphasis on proclaiming our faith boldly and joyfully.

To proclaim is to share the Good News—not only in words but in the way we treat one another, serve those in need, and stand up for truth and love in our world. Jesus calls each of us to be His witnesses, to be light in the darkness, and hope in the face of challenge. At Our Lady of Fatima School, we will take this call to heart. In our classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and beyond, we will find new ways to make our faith visible and vibrant.

This year, you’ll see students and staff engaging in service projects, sharing Scripture, leading prayer, and speaking openly about the presence of God in their lives. Families will be invited to take part in this proclamation as well, bringing faith into your homes and daily routines.

As we begin this school year, let us commit to being a community where Christ is known, loved, and made known. Together, let’s live our faith with integrity, celebrate it with joy, and proclaim it with courage.

School begins on September 2nd.  Please ensure that your child is in their line up by 8:25. It is important that all children arrive on time. Students will be dismissed at 10:30.

I would also like to invite all parents to our “Meet the Teacher Night” on Thursday, September 4th, 2025.  Kindergarten parents will meet in the kindergarten rooms at 6:00 p.m. and we ask them to join all the other parents in the gym at 6:30.

A new school year always brings with it a sense of anticipation—new goals to reach, new friendships to build, and new opportunities to learn and grow together. Our teachers and staff have been preparing with great care to ensure that your children feel safe, supported, and inspired from the very first day.

Together, as a school community, we will continue to nurture not only academic excellence but also the values of kindness, respect, and faith that form the heart of our mission.

We look forward to sharing many wonderful moments with you and your children this year. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and trust as we walk alongside one another in this journey of learning and growth.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.  I would be happy to meet with you.

Wishing you all a blessed and grace-filled start to the school year!

In faith and hope,

Mrs. M.Katsionis, Principal
